Job Description :
The quality control engineer for aluminum site works and installation is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the installation process meet the required site standard and specs this includes:
1. *Developing and implementing quality control procedures @ site “ITP” approval from the consultant and following implementation in a professional way.*
4. Conduct regular audits of the installation process to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. monitoring the progress of the installation process to identify any potential areas for improvement.
6. maintaining accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspections, audits and corrective actions taken.
7. Collaborating with the project manager, engineers, consultant and other stakeholders to resolve any quality-related issues that arise during receiving material, equipment, tools, handling and installation process.
8. Closeout procedure: declaration procedure for final completion, including but not limited to the testing and commissioning procedure, warranties, and all snags to be attended to and closed until obtaining the taking over certificate(TOC).
