Position: Integration Engineer – Java (Digital Cards & Payments)
Location: United Arab Emirates – Abu Dhabi
Experience: 5 - 6 years
Employment Type: Contractual 6 Months to 9 months Extendable
Number of positions: 6
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Use Agile engineering practices and various software and mobile development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience.
- Experience integrating into enterprise services bus (DataPower beneficial)
- Community contributions (e.g., open source work, GitHub, StackOverflow, publishing / speaking on technical ideas) is a plus.
- Technical expertise in RESTful Micro services and APIs, Spring boot. j2EE, NHiberate, Card Gateway Validations.
- Experience crafting custom SOAP messages.
- Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
- Tech Skills: Core Java, Spring, Spring, micro services, Rest services, Hibernate.
- Create Integration points within application.
- Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Drive forward, role-model best practice engineering processes and Agile behavior and ensure team members follow suit.
