Project Manager Description:

The candidate will be responsible to manage a portfolio of sewerage, stormwater and recycled water projects, where they will lead/participate in scheduled fortnightly project reviews of internal and external design disciplines to achieve a high-quality consistent set of presentation or design documents as per requirements and standards, Provide management with information and insights on all dimensions of work and project performance of facilitate discussion and decision making, both on periodic basis and as ad-hoc management requests, responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project. Responsible to ensure full update of the projects on the project management enterprise platform. Preparing and reviewing specifications, datasheets, vendor lists and other construction documents, Works with the cross-departmental sections to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work, Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria. NOC Engineer Description:

The candidate will liaise with all stakeholders, authorities, consultants and contractors on all project related documents such as NOCs, Permits, approvals on design and construction related, handover requirements and handover works. Provide support to the Construction Supervision team with attaining the NOCs with the authorities. Liaise with the design team through the review of the technical design and provide comments where applicable. Liaise and coordinate with key stakeholders and authorities to ensure a coordination and avoid utility clashes on site. Review Design and Construction NOC submissions made to the Department. Review submitted As-Builts. Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific processes
