Job description:

• Preparing coffee and tea for Staff & Visitors.

• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage.

• Keeping track of material consumption, monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies.

• Responsible for performing various surface tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, removing of trash and changing trash bags.

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms, windows, office furniture and equipment daily and frequently as needed.

• Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
