Narrated Al-Bara' bin `Azib(ral):

The Prophet () ordered us to do seven (things) and forbade us from seven. He ordered us to visit the patients, to follow the funeral procession, to reply to the sneezer (i.e., say to him, 'Yarhamuka-l-lah (May Allah bestow His Mercy upon you), if he says 'Al-hamduli l-lah' (Praise be to Allah), to help others to fulfill their oaths, to help the oppressed, to greet (whomever one should meet), and to accept the invitation (to a wedding banquet). He forbade us to wear golden rings, to use silver utensils, to use Maiyathir (cushions of silk stuffed with cotton and placed under the rider on the saddle), the Qasiyya (linen clothes containing silk brought from an Egyptian town), the Istibraq (thick silk) and the Dibaj (another kind of silk). Key Responsibilities:

•          Risk Assessment Development: Create detailed health and safety risk assessments tailored to different facility types, ensuring comprehensive identification and evaluation of potential hazards and associated risks.

•          Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of workplace environments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and the effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies.

•          Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of all risk assessments, inspection findings, and compliance reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval for audits and reviews.

•          Template Development: Design and implement standardized templates for risk assessments and safety documentation to streamline processes and enhance consistency across various facilities.

•          Collaboration: Work closely with relevant stakeholders, including project managers and facility supervisors, to ensure that risk assessments are effectively integrated into operational practices.

•          Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to health and safety risk assessments, recommending improvements to existing processes and documentation as needed.

Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).

•          Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a Health & Safety Engineer or similar role, specifically focused on risk assessments.

•          Certified in NEBOSH International General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.

•          Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian health and safety regulations and practices.

•          Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

•          Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and training.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The Manager will also manage the audit & tax process, ensure financial compliance, and support other departments in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and manage the company’s financial plans, financial model, budgets, and forecasts.

Monitor and report to senior management on key financial metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

.Accounting Management:

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, IFRS and regulations.Manage Accounts payable and receivable processes, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Period Close, including invoice processing and collections in the ERP software.Approval of PO, Vendors, Customers, Invoices in the ERP

Financial Reporting:Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash reserves

 

Internal Control:

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial processes and systems

Compliance and Risk Management

 

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Identify and manage financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies

 

Lead the management and administration of VAT, Corporate Tax, WHT ensuring that reporting and filing are done timely and accurately

 

Lead the preparation of the annual Audit File and coordinate with external auditors to finalize Audited accounts for the Annual General Meeting

 

Coordinate with the Audit Committee and Board of Directors for financial and operational reportin

 

Share relevant financial information with other organizational support functions.

 

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA certification
