Narrated Al-Bara' bin `Azib(ral):
The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered us to
do seven (things) and forbade us from seven. He ordered us to visit the
patients, to follow the funeral procession, to reply to the sneezer (i.e., say
to him, 'Yarhamuka-l-lah (May Allah bestow His Mercy upon you), if he says
'Al-hamduli l-lah' (Praise be to Allah), to help others to fulfill their oaths,
to help the oppressed, to greet (whomever one should meet), and to accept the
invitation (to a wedding banquet). He forbade us to wear golden rings, to use
silver utensils, to use Maiyathir (cushions of silk stuffed with cotton and
placed under the rider on the saddle), the Qasiyya (linen clothes containing
silk brought from an Egyptian town), the Istibraq (thick silk) and the Dibaj
(another kind of silk). (See Hadith No. 539 and 753).

• Template Development:

closely with relevant stakeholders, including project managers and facility
supervisors, to ensure that risk assessments are effectively integrated into
operational practices.
• Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to health and
safety risk assessments, recommending improvements to existing processes and
documentation as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in
engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Proven experience (at
least 3 years) as a Health & Safety Engineer or similar role, specifically
focused on risk assessments.
• Certified in NEBOSH
International General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Strong understanding of
Saudi Arabian health and safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational
skills with a strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative
Coordinator to join our team and support Executive Management. The successful
candidate will manage a wide range of administrative activities, prioritize
tasks, and ensure smooth communication between internal and external
stakeholders, all while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Address a variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Management
office, including scheduling, communication, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate communication between departments to collect various business
cycle reports such as Annual Business Cycle Reports, Senior Management
Executive Reports, Key Achievements, Budget Utilization, and Annual Training
Plans.
Manage and lead communication within the Executive Director’s (ED)
office and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Prioritize and follow up on business matters and concerns addressed to
the Executive Director, ensuring confidentiality.
Create and maintain aligned communication within the ED office,
demonstrating leadership and maintaining trust with senior management staff.
Handle business activities and corporate documents related to the
Directorate and departmental functions.
Work closely with departments to ensure successful implementation of
quality and standards within the directorate.
Manage conflicting priorities and ensure follow-through on projects,
often under tight deadlines.
Oversee implementation of internal reporting and administrative
processes across multiple business areas within the directorate.
Perform any additional duties as directed while upholding high standards
of confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the
Healthcare industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with
various groups.
Fluency in Business English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
Excellent research and reporting skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with relevant laws and government policies in Qatar.
Customer-oriented with strong office management skills.
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
