Position Title: Project Engineer – Signages & Wayfindings

Job Summary:

 

The Project Engineer in the signage industry is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing signage projects from conception to completion. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Project Engineer works closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful signage solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning and Coordination:

 

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

 

· Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and specifications.

 

· Work with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

 

Technical Oversight:

· Provide technical expertise in the design and engineering of signage systems.

 

· Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

 

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

 

Project Execution:

· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

 

· Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues.

Qualifications:

 

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

 

Experience:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the signage industry or a related field.

 

Skills:

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

· Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.

 

· Solid understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.

 

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

 

Certifications:

· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

 

· Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.

 

Working Conditions:
