We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support to manage the IT
infrastructure for both our hospitality group's back office and restaurant/bar
in Dubai. This position will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT
operations, maintaining systems, and providing support to ensure that both our
office staff and restaurant team can operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Back Office IT Support:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for staff, including
troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, including
computers, printers, and networking equipment.
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups of company data.
- Set up and manage communication tools, such as email systems and
collaboration software.
- Ensure the office’s cybersecurity protocols are up to date and
properly implemented to prevent breaches.
- Manage IT inventory, purchase necessary equipment, and ensure that all
systems are operating efficiently.
2. Restaurant/Bar IT Support:
- Maintain and troubleshoot the POS (Point of Sale) systems used in the
restaurant/bar, ensuring they are fully functional at all times.
- Oversee digital display systems and other smart technologies within
the restaurant/bar, such as lighting and temperature control systems.
- Maintain security systems, including cameras and access control,
ensuring they are operational and properly configured.
3. Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with any IT-related issues during restaurant events or peak
hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff on using new
technologies and systems.
- Research and recommend new IT solutions to improve operational
efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and ensure the
company’s systems are upgraded as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality
or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of POS systems
- Experience with networking, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and
external vendors.

Position Title: Project Engineer – Signages & Wayfindings
Department: Engineering/Project Management
Location: Dubai
Reports To: Project Manager/Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer in the signage industry is responsible for
planning, coordinating, and overseeing signage projects from conception to
completion. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within
budget, and meet the required quality standards. The Project Engineer works
closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful
signage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation.
· Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and
specifications.
· Work with design, production, and installation teams to ensure
seamless project execution.
Technical Oversight:
· Provide technical expertise in the design and engineering of signage
systems.
· Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and project
documentation.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety
regulations.
Project Execution:
· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet
deadlines.
· Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues.
· Oversee the installation of signage, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Quality Control:
· Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure the highest standards
of workmanship.
· Inspect completed work to ensure it meets client expectations and
industry standards.
Client Interaction:
· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates
and address concerns.
· Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat
business.
Budget and Cost Management:
· Track project expenses and manage budgets effectively.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production,
and installation.
· Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and project team
members.
Problem Solving:
· Identify and resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during
the project lifecycle.
· Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project
success.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a
related field.
Experience:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably
in the signage industry or a related field.
Skills:
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools.
· Solid understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and
installation techniques.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Certifications:
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
· Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.
Working Conditions:
· Office-based with regular site visits.
· Some travel may be required to meet clients or oversee projects.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if
necessary.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to perform site inspections, which may involve climbing
ladders or scaffolding.
· Capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the
cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cement plant machinery and
equipment (e.g., crushers, kilns, conveyors).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to cost
efficiency, quality standards, and risk assessment.
Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
Software Proficiency: Experience with SAP.
Problem-solving: Ability to address procurement issues quickly and
