المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف على الإدارات التالية:
الإدارة الطبية
إدارة التشغيل (تشغيل الفروع والشؤون الإدارية)
إدارة سلسلة الإمداد والتوريد والتعاقدات
الإدارة التجارية (المبيعات، التسويق، وتطوير الأعمال)
إدارة الرعاية المنزلية
إدارة دورة الإيرادات
تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التشغيلية والإيرادية.
تحسين كفاءة العمليات وضبط التكاليف.
متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتحقيق الأهداف المعتمدة.
ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات والمعايير الصحية.
التنسيق المباشر مع الرئيس التنفيذي ورفع التقارير الدورية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
سعودي الجنسية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في القطاع الصحي.
خبرة قيادية في إدارة العمليات أو الإدارات متعددة الوظائف.
مهارات عالية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة الأداء.
قدرة على قيادة الفرق وتحقيق النتائج.
