JOB PURPOSE: Planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1.       Setting the company's marketing goals and implementing them.

 

2.       produce reports, company profile & brochures and related marketing materials and literature.

 

3.       Develop a plan for advertising and promotional activities.

 

4.       proceed all marketing activities and evaluate the degree of their response and submit it to higher management

 

5.       Communicate and coordinate with management to access any support or procure any required approvals.

 

6.       Improving and developing the group's visual identity.

 

7.       Website and software application designing, building, maintaining

 

8.       Manage Social Media Platforms included (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok Twitter, LinkedIn, Business Accounts …. etc.

 

9.       managing production and performance of multimedia content and writing and proofreading creative copy

 

10.    conducting research and analyzing  data to identify and define audiences

 

11.    creating and updating databases and using google drive.

 

12.    Liaise with internal and external teams and ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time.

 

13.    Planning and organizing events appropriately.

 

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

·         Minimum Diploma relates to the field.

 

·         knowledge of the principles and practices of functional specialization and its impact on other activities

 

·         3 to 4 years’ experience in the same job specialization

وصف وظيفي:

مهندس انشاءات الطرق هو المسؤول الأول عن مراجعة كافة وثائق المشروع، ودعم اعمال المقاولين المنفذين لشبكات الطرق والبنية التحتية المتداخلة مع اعمال الطرق والتنسيق بين جميع المقاولين، وتبدا مهامه منذ بداية المفاهيم الأولية للمشروع (CONCEPTUAL  STAGES) مرورا بأعمال التخطيط والتنفيذ وشراء المواد والحصول على الموافقات والتنفيذ وحتى تسليم المشروع واغلاق العقد

بعض المهام: تشمل مهام مهندس الطرق الأول على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر ما يلي :

- مراقبة اعمال النفيذ ومتابعة امتثال المقاولين للعقود والجداول الزمنية، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للرسومات والمواصفات والمعايير، وفقًا للجدول الزمني، وضمان امتثال الجميع لخطط البيئة والصحة والسلامة ومعايير الجودة وقوانين السلامة التنظيمية المحلية

- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وخطط الجودة ومراقبة التكاليف والتدفقات النقدية.

- تقديم التوجيه والمشورة الفنية لمهندسي المشروع والمقاولين ومراقبة أدائهم

- مسؤول عن المراجعة والموافقة على تقديمات المقاولين والاستفسارات الفنية ووثائق أوامر التغيير والوثائق الفنية الأخرى بما في ذلك الرسومات ومخططات المنفذ على الطبيعة.

- التأكد من أن جميع المواد والمعدات الموجودة في الموقع تتوافق تمامًا مع المعايير المعتمدة ومتطلبات المواصفات الفنية.

- التأكد من أن إغلاق المشروع منهجي وكامل من جميع النواحي.

- التنسيق والمراقبة لخطط المشروع وقيادة الاجتماعات وورش العمل .
