مهندس
انشاءات الطرق هو المسؤول الأول عن مراجعة كافة وثائق المشروع، ودعم اعمال
المقاولين المنفذين لشبكات الطرق والبنية التحتية المتداخلة مع اعمال الطرق
والتنسيق بين جميع المقاولين، وتبدا مهامه منذ بداية المفاهيم الأولية للمشروع (CONCEPTUAL STAGES) مرورا بأعمال
التخطيط والتنفيذ وشراء المواد والحصول على الموافقات والتنفيذ وحتى تسليم المشروع
واغلاق العقد
بعض المهام:
تشمل مهام مهندس الطرق الأول على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر ما يلي :
- مراقبة اعمال النفيذ ومتابعة امتثال
المقاولين للعقود والجداول الزمنية، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للرسومات
والمواصفات والمعايير، وفقًا للجدول الزمني، وضمان امتثال الجميع لخطط البيئة
والصحة والسلامة ومعايير الجودة وقوانين السلامة التنظيمية المحلية
- مراقبة أداء المقاولين وخطط الجودة ومراقبة
التكاليف والتدفقات النقدية.
- تقديم التوجيه والمشورة الفنية لمهندسي
المشروع والمقاولين ومراقبة أدائهم
- مسؤول عن المراجعة والموافقة على تقديمات
