The Prophet () came to me while there was an effeminate man sitting with me, and I heard him (i.e. the effeminate man) saying to `Abdullah bin Abi Umaiya, "O `Abdullah! See if Allah should make you conquer Ta'if tomorrow, then take the daughter of Ghailan (in marriage) as (she is so beautiful and fat that) she shows four folds of flesh when facing you, and eight when she turns her back." The Prophet () then said, "These (effeminate men) should never enter upon you (O women!)." Ibn Juraij said, "That effeminate man was called Hit."

Narrated Hisham:

The above narration and added extra, that at that time, the Prophet, was besieging Taif.

- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)

- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.

 

Qualifications

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators within the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Industry. Develop and execute recruiting plans. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping. Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings

Experience with recruitment software and candidate database. Expert in Excell MS office – V/H-lookup/pivot/formula

 

Senior HR Coordinator:

Education: BBA/ MBA

Experience: 5-10 years experience required

The Senior HR Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and managing various HR functions within the organization. This position involves more advanced responsibilities compared to a regular HR Coordinator role. Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes. Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and HR databases. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
