* Revenue Reconciliation:

 

1) Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly revenue from various sources, including patient payments, insurance reimbursements, and other income streams.

 

2) Ensure accurate recording of revenue in the general ledger and sub-ledgers. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in revenue records and transactions.

 

3) Collaborate with billing and accounts receivable teams to ensure alignment in revenue data.

 

* Payout Preparation:

 

1) Calculate and prepare payouts for doctors based on contractual agreements, revenue share percentages, and other applicable terms.

 

2) Verify the accuracy of payout calculations by cross-referencing revenue data and service records with proper supporting documentation for doctor payouts. Also, addressing any inquiries from doctors regarding their payouts and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.

 

3) Verify monthly payroll reports, track deductions, and manage pay changes such as increments and promotions. Uploading and managing online salary transfer payment through WPS, doctor’s payout and settle staff claims etc.

 

* Financial Reporting:

 

1) Generate periodic financial reports related to revenue, payouts, and account reconciliations. Provide management with insights and recommendations based on revenue trends and payout analysis.

 

2) Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments, coordinate with statutory auditors for audit processes and completion of statutory audits.

 

3) Understanding UAE VAT laws, knowledge of preparing, filing, and managing VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
