Duties:
1. Responsible to measure all Works with reference to Issued for
Construction (IFC) Drawings. Responsible to prepare detail BOQ at the
commencement of the Works with realistic quantities measurable from IFC
Drawings.
2. Responsible to prepare budget against the actual costs of procuring
Material and Subcontracts. Responsible to Release Purchasing Requests (PR)
raised by Project Execution Team. Responsible for accurate estimation of ?cost
to complete of the project.
3. Responsible to evaluate the value of Works executed with reference to
Drawings, Specifications and BOQ; incorporate value of variations, provisional
sums, claims and material at site for Interim Payment Applications; submit
necessary documents as Engineer requests in order to substantiate the value
submitted under Interim Payment Application.
4. Prepare and submit Variations based on the procedure set out in the
Contract. Provide further documents to the Engineer for substantiating
variations then negotiate and agree. Draft contractual notices and forward to
the Commercial Manager/ Lead for review.
5. Responsible to measure works based on "As-Built Records and
Drawings". Identify items of works needing to be claimed as Variations or
otherwise; agree with the Engineer value of Statement at Completion and Final
Account. 6. Responsible for preparing and uploading reports related to
Commercial Improvement Tracker (IPA/IPC register, change tracker, claims
tracker, internal dash board, risk & opportunities tracker, subcontract
liabilities report, etc. ) to SAP before 25th of each month.
7. Responsible to establish relevant Drawings and Specifications for
identified Subcontract Packages; measure relevant Subcontract works and prepare
detailed Subcontract BOQs; certify Subcontract Interim Payments and Final
Accounts including; verifying all items of works are completed, required
documents as built drawings and operations and maintenance manuals received,
release of retentions, release of Bonds, applying counter Claims etc.
8. Responsible for all individual and certain specific departmental
produce.

relating to payment terms and conditions upon the final approval of the
purchase order and final confirmation from the supplier.
11. Contacts suppliers through purchase orders and ask to receive order
confirmation, and follow-up delivery based on the agreed shipping details to
guarantee delivery on time and in the proper way, fine quality, and adequate
quantity.
12. Follow up on pending orders status through filing and tracking and
ensures delivery on time.
13. Review the supplier invoices taking into consideration the
specifications, prices, and conditions according to agreed purchase orders.
14. Ensures the availability of RPM to be received on time and with a
certain level of quality and according to the agreed-upon conditions and
prices.
15. Coordinate with the receiving committee and quality control
supervisor in receiving materials and performing quality tests and handling
necessary materials receiving documentation and filing according to approved
procedures.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain / engineering / Administration or
equivalent professional qualification
3-6 years of practical experience in a similar related field

We are seeking experienced and motivated structured Cabling Engineers to
join our team, supporting various projects across the KSA. The role involves
the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling
systems, ensuring that IT networks and telecommunications infrastructures
function optimally. As a Cabling Engineer, you will play a key role in
delivering quality solutions for our clients in various industries, including
corporate offices, data centers, retail, and public sector environments.
Key Responsibilities
Installation: Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic
cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, and fiber.
Infrastructure Setup: Design & Install containment (trunking,
conduits, cable trays) to support the cabling system.
Testing and Certification: Use industry-standard testing equipment to
certify network cables and connections, ensuring all installations meet
required standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in structured cabling
systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations,
